OP, is it vital that you let us know when your previous permit expired and when you renewed.

My permit was expired at time of pcns and it has been recently renewed now.

You have managed to neatly avoid dealing with tincombe's point - dates please, of expiry and of renewal..

Please post up both sides of the unredacted PCN and a GSV link to the location.

Please give us the Reg.Mark and PCN number, and post up here any Council photos and the video, with a GSV link to the location.
The reps must be in the name of the Registered keeper, as per name and anddress on the PCN.

@Stamfordman  Their case summary is in Reply#44 above. Problem is, the council are making case for the appeal of a Mr.Miah to be refused!
