Thank you!  I will request for the copy of the recordings to be sent to me from TfL, and will update as soon as I have it.

When you 'phone for the videos, make sure you ask for enforcement to be placed on hold.

The EN still hasn't arrived, and so it is getting slightly unsettling.

What does Southwark's online status/history say?

3
Case Number please.

That would be 2250600758.

Incidentally, of 20 Lambeth cases on Tuedsday, 13 were allowed and only 7 refused. I make that a 65% success rate for appellants!

You were here this afternoon - did you not see Incandescent's post, Reply#11? You need to answer his points.

Don't worry about merging posts: everyone here has a chance to see and respond to your thread - so please do not start another, but concentrate on this one.

Please to also post a copy of your rejected reps.

Here, I presume?

As Tincombe says, I see no signs or markings indicating a M/c bay? Hoever, as you say and GSV confirms motor cycles have parked here for years without enforcement, this gives rise to the defence of 'legitimate expectation'. BUT this can only be used once, as PCNs make you aware that enforcement is now happening.

Once you have put bike away somewhere safe, write a draft challenge as to why you think the PCNs should be cancelled, and post the draft here for comment before submitting to Southwark.

You should also be contacting Southwark for details of any other outstanding PCNs against your Reg.Mark.

I notice that in GSV (taken in 2022) there is a sign from London Parking Solutions (APCOA). Is it still there? If so, can you get a close-up? What is the relationship between Southwark and APCOA?

The location is very well known on this forum and is notorious for being probably the worst and most dangerous restriction ever introduced in London. So bad that the person who signed it off should have been sacked long ago. It does seem from your posting of alterations to the restriction that some person with more sense has taken over to make it a bit better. I see Rivercourt Road is now to be two way, and a mini-roundabout is to be installed to allow people to turn round and, (presumably)  return to the A4. I assume the actual restriction signs will be moved back to allow a motorist to turn round and return to the A4 in reasonable safety. However, we have not seen any of the signage associated with this change, and I don't expect Google Street View is yet up-to-date, assuming the new arrangements are now in force, but from your post, I suspect the original scheme is still in place
@Incandescent Have you a source for the further alterations you mention?.
 . .
Also please tell us why you have typed "Monkleigh Road" in your heading, when the location from what your posted links, is Rivercourt Road ?
I've hopefully corrected the thread title.

@JohnWick As Incandescent says, this is well-known here. Have a look at these threads

The last has links to other threads which are relevant.

Do you drive the A4 eastbound often?  An important factor is the adequacy of the advance warning signs before the turn, and whether there have been any changes since last summer..

There was in May2025 talk of new signage - here

Our member, @Bustagate has also produced a useful set of notes -

AFAIK, no case has yet reached London Tribunals, with H&F folding, often at the very last moment. It's as if they are afraid of an adverse tribunak decision.

Please post up all sides of the PCN, (redact only yr name & address - leave all else in)

Before making any representations, post a draft here for constructive comment.

Open yr reps with the PCNs being out of time, as that would trump all other considerations.

For meaningful advice, please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post up here both sides of the unredacted PCN,
any Council photos/video.
and a GSV link to the location.

Only redact yr name & address from documents - leave all else in including Reg.Mark & PCN number.

Are you the registered keeper -- If leased or hired, please give details.

Until we have more details we are very much in the dark.

You say you have not used the M/c for some years - is it taxed/sorned and insured?

Are yr name & address on the V5 correct in every particular?

Please give us some dates to give an idea of time-frame.

Whoever replied at Cambridgeshire (101?) was wrong. The police need to log it for ANPR (do't be surprised if you get stopped). You need a crime number.

Trying to report cloning online seems difficult - see
https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/rs/road-safety/automatic-number-plate-recognition-anpr/
(scroll down)

https://www.kent.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/rs/road-safety/automatic-number-plate-recognition-anpr/

https://www.cambs.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/rs/road-safety/automatic-number-plate-recognition-anpr/

So I'd try again with all three forces, quoting the relevant website back at them if they are difficult. Remember for the Met and Kent the alleged offences took place on their 'patch'.

The best evidence is photos - if you can post here photos from each alleged contravention, and place each photo alongside a photo from the same angle of your vehicle, then members here are quite good at playing 'spot the difference'.

You may find it worth checking with TfL to see if there are any other PCNs outstanding against your reg.mark.

Please give a brief account of the circumstances. If non-moroing, the thread will be further moved to Mon-motoring Legal Advice.

I note that the NoE expired on the 6th April... Have you contacted CDER?
