You always have to supply the driving licence details when accepting a CoFP, so if you didn't, you must have missed the request to do so.
So once the "C" part of the FP was not adhered to, it has gone to court as expected. The fact that you attempted to accept the FP matters not a jot now, you can plead guilty or not guilty. However unless you have some defence not mentioned, pleading not guilty could be expensive. The best course of action would be to plead guilty but ask to be fined the FP level.
I assume "retaining house" was a typo for "retaining course"?
