UKPC - 2 issues on one ticket
« on: »
I recently received a Parking Charge from UKPC, and have two issues. Hopefully, you can help?

1 - I received it 15 days after the date on their letter. Should it be with me within 14 days?

2- The area concerned is a drop off point and has a sign stating 15 minutes maximum. However, their letter only shows one time. Should it not show the time of parking and a later time showing that the 15 minute limit was exceeded?

TIA

You have redacted too much - what is the date of the alleged contravention, and where is this 'drop off area'?

Apologies. I thought if I gave the date and place of the offence it might prejudice me if ( say ) UKPC nosey on the site. The date was April 7th and letter arrived yesterday (22nd), 15 days later.

The 'offence' was very, very recent and at a Sa***bury Washington Supermarket drop off point.

I just took a photo of the signage showing 15 minute stay

UKPC already know when and where the incident took place, we don't, so please tell us.

UKPC issue around 50,000 parking charges each month, they're unlikely to spend too long on here.
Away from 29th March - 5th April
