Please help, short notice turnaround needed.

Car was parked in a car park which required parking using "your parking space". An account was created and to the best of knowledge, csrd details inputted.  It doesn't look like a payment was taken nor can evidence be found on a bank statement saying it had been. Subsequent PCN received as a result.

Do we have a leg to stand on here or does it need to be paid? Anyone have experience with this company?

It would seem the issue was caused either by user error, or an issue with the "Your Parking Space" service - if the latter, your dispute would (probably, depending on the various terms and conditions) be between you and Your Parking Space.

If no payment was taken then you're likely to struggle to produce any good evidence to support your case.
