Ahh sorry yes I understand now. They would have known as they live there very cruel of them. I sent the appeal today? Fingers crossed. Working with another family next week and they have already offered a visitors permit if I drive, much more helpful!

Yeah I am completley lost. I hope that I can appeal on these grounds as there was nowhwere on any roads even tp pay for. Hopefully they will let me off this time, I am happy to pay to park far away and walk
And an extremely unhelpful customer too !

Think I misunderstood that  :D

Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea, not a private ticket.

I have asked for it to be moved.

Thanks

Sorry the website I was using to send attachments stopped working so figuring out another way.

Stupid me for beleving a wealthy family I went to work for. Awful road diversion so was an hour late, asked about off road parking they said it wss fine or they had a garage they could clear. Every road was residential so had to park, I assumed as they had a permit I could use it if I proved I was working. This is Kensington when I got home apparentlty they dont issue visitor permits. Why? How do you park there then.

Anyway to fight my way out?

Thank you but that is different from what they showed me, assuming they are showing me driving down the wrong road. But I still don't think the road signs are clear, no indication of a bus lane or no right turn. I will try and appeal it or do you think I'm wasting my time as it's the same manoeuvre with two different fines

Thanks for letting me know about IMUGUR

Yes the PCN have been paid

Ah I see I did misunderstand that. I have had fines reversed when it had been paid by enterprise already and had my admin fee refunded. Enterprises Stance is that I'm liable for all fines and I would have to take it up with Camden

Sorry brain not working I forgot you can see videos etc. I can't post the or picture as imugur isn't working. It looks like this has been appealed a few times and the area is restricted to vehicles during a certain time. But there is no forewarning, and no markings on the road. The sign is so high above a stretlamp there is no way I would have seen it.ive used some wording from similar posts and added my own bits there. Is this enough, I'm scared to drive there now it's near my son's university still can't see restrictions when I'm driving.

Completely forgot you can check this online.

I guess I need to appeal to see the video
