I was using my device maps that took me through the road in concern. New to the erea and as following direction. There was other cars driving through I assumed the road closed signs was boxed away as the path was open and other vehicles also drove through, It was Dark I don't recall seeing prior signs of No entry. Until PCN arrived in post can this be challenged.

So, you drove straight past these two "Flying Motorbike" signs that mean No Entry for motor vehicles. Did you not know what they meant, because these signs are all over London now. Would you have gone past two No Entry signs ?

GSV shows a central post, but I suspect this was soon removed to allow emergency vehicles through. Using satnavs in London is not recommended if it takes you through back streets as so many are now closed off in Low Traffic Neighbourhoods.
I do not see any credible appeal argument at the moment, others may do so.

The Appeal grounds was very basic and as the following.
I am appealing on the grounds of the circumstances being I was new to this erea and was following a navigation that routed me through this road.

Well, unless there is a problem with the video, I recommend paying the discount.

@Incandescent!
I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"
There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

@Nazma Yaqoob
as the discount is no longer on offer there's no point in paying now, you might as well appeal and see what turns up. If you want to send me a letter of authority I'll do the necessary.
