Hello.

I tried to purchase a visitors permit online but the website was down so after 15 minutes I was able to purchase a permit but got a PCN, in detail...

My visitors permit expired at 13.00.
At 12.55 I logged onto the Councils website to purchase another permit, but the website was down.
I took a picture of the screenshot.

I then managed to purchase another permit at 13.15

However, a PCN was issued , time of contravention  13.15, code 19r

Camden Council

The CEO observed the vehicle from 13.10 to 13.15

The vehicle was photographed at 13.16

I have appealed the ticket but do not expect it to succeed

Can anyone help with regard to the reg's and the timing of the ticket/permit ?

Any thoughts please ?

Thank you

Are you sure that time of 13.55 is correct ?I would have expected to see 12.55

I suggest you post a copy of what you submitted, tell us who is the registered keeper and whether their V5C details are correct and then wait.

Read the thread that Incandescent linked you to, it advises on this.

I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.
