Hi there FTLA community. I've been doing things at BRI for some time now and have noticed the car parks have inconsistent parking warning signage. Specifically in the staff permit holder sections. Some state "All wrongly parked vehicles will be subject to a £60 PARKING charge notice." but some state "All wrongly parked vehicles will be subject to a £60 PENALTY charge notice."
Which PCN is correct for this? Additionally the signs at P&D machines don't mention what company or if the council are responsible for issuing PCNs. Are the NHS/trust themselves BPA or IPC registered? Or are there special byelaws in force? Because usually I see hospital security staff checking permits/sticking tickets on windscreens.
Would love to clear up the mystery of parking enforcement on NHS car parks, cheers.
