Hello everyone, I had some issues with the post which I was unaware of until last Friday when several letters appeared at my house all at once and I received four letters showing PCNs for entering an UKPC car park on the same day but at two separate occasions and have also received a final reminder letter for both PCNs.
And now, last Monday, I now received two notice of Debt Recovery letters for these two PCNs.
My vehicle was parked there as it was booked for a service at the Halfords Autocentre which is inside this private carpark.
As I understand, I should not make contact until I get a Letter of CLaim? Or is there a way to appeal it considering I have the email stating that my booking was confirmed and I have the email receipt showing the completion of the servicing
