Thanks for that, I just don't know how it all works.
Is there a chance that this won't come to court?, i have read lots of other messages on here and get the impression with this defence i'm about to send, there is a good chance it won't come to court? Is this right? Or will it come to court regardless and my defence will just help in me winning the case?
I'm just worried as i have no idea how to defend myself as i dont really understand what any of the defence means 

It will result in a court claim being issued. However, there will be no court hearing. They discontinue all claims that are defended.

They rely on you being petrified about the litigation process and caving under the fear and ignorance of the process. They will discontinue once they have to pay the trial fee around a month before the hearing date.

Once they realise that you are not one of the low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree that gives up out of ignorance and pays, they move on to the many thousands of others who are not receiving advice here to pluck from the gullible tree.

In over 99% of these cases, the claim is either discontinued, struck out or, in the tiny number of more complex ones, end up being won in court. There is nothing unusual or complex about your case. It will end up as a discontinuation.

Hi everyone. So I waited the 28 days since I sent my defence which expired on 11th Dec. Now I’ve just received the attached letter along with a directions questionnaire that has been completed by them  The front letter says they intend to proceed after seeing my defence  please can someone advise what I should do next. Hi. I’ve received an email with a date for my mediation call. It says I need to explain my claim or defence to them which I don’t know what to say for my defence really pls can someone give me some tips ? It’s mandatory it says so I have to do this but I have no idea what to say. I thought the next thing I would receive is the court options. Thanks so much

Thank you very much. Is there anything they might ask me that I won’t know what to say. Eg what is my defence? Shall I mention my disabled mother who I took to Specsavers or do I just stick to the fact that the date issued on fine is same date as I parked therefore that date wasn’t true. I’m sure that’s what I read on here somewhere as the issue date was the same. Just not sure if they say what’s your defence what to actually say. Many thanks
