Hi all
Didn't read the claim properly. Thought I had 28 days. Missed deadline and judgement made against me yesterday. I admit found the claim papers really anxiety provoking, rush read and stuck my head in the sand.
Can you advise if this is a CCJ now! or if i pay the order is that avoided.

As long as you pay within 30 days the CCJ is not recorded.

Terminology: yes, it’s a County Court Judgement, or a CCJ. However if it’s not recorded then it has no effect on your ability to get credit etc.

Make sure it gets removed from the register if you pay.
