Parking company chasing payment despite appeal being with POPLA

Hi all,

Some advice, if you may. I appealed to POPLA on 29.03.24 (Friday) and a week later received a 'reminder before further action', dated 02.04.24 (Tuesday). When tracking my POPLA appeal the Operator Information and Evidence showed as 'in progress' prior to 02.04.24.

POPLA states:

Will the charge be put on hold while it is with POPLA?
While your appeal is with POPLA, the operator must not pursue you for payment. If the operator requests payment from you while your appeal is with POPLA, please notify the British Parking Association who will look into it.

I've looked on the British Parking Association website but am not sure where to report this - can someone point me in the right direction please? I've just appealed a second ticket from the same carpark and suspect the same will happen.
