Free Traffic Legal Advice

A friend recently started work in this out of town shopping area and hasnt realised they were unable to park there during work time. Theyve gone in today to check if this is the case.

In the meantime, the notice says "If you were not the driver at the time please provide full name..........." - can we assume they can respond advising them they are not required to legally tell them who was driving?

I will get the form loaded up, just trying to figure that one out, thought i would get the ball rolling first.

*update* - apparently the store in question has emailed ECP to advise they are staff and it should be wiped, so i guess we can hold tight for now.

If possible can a copy of the request by the store to cancel be obtained?

Even if they didn't cancel it, as long as you follow the advice here, you would not pay a penny to ECP.
