Hello all,
Some time ago you fine folk over on the Pepipoo forum got me out of a parking charge with a template/couple of points to raise via appeal, which was successful. Now I'm hoping you can do the same for a family member, who’s picked up a PCN from EuroCarParks. They are the vehicles registered keeper.
Looking at Google Street view, signage entering the Morrisons car park shows 2 ½ hours but 90min on matchdays (Car park is near the football stadium).
Annoyingly, there was a game on Sunday and not the usual Saturday which hadn’t taken into account. Could someone take a look over the attached and let me know if there’s any grounds for appeal?
