Hi all,

A Notice to Keeper was issued for voucher/receipt not being validated at kiosk during the time period the vehicle was on site.

The driver did in fact purchase £45 worth of shopping on this day at the Sainsbury’s, and is a regular customer, however can’t find receipt but can obtain bank statement to prove this.

Appreciate advice on how to approach this.

As this isn't your first rodeo, you'll presumably be aware that a good first step is to speak to the management of the Sainsbury's store in question and ask for them to intervene. Has this been done yet?

Photos of the signage would, as always, be helpful too.
