Euro Car Parks Parking PCN- No valid payment/ validation to cover the duration of stay- Sainsbury’s UxbridgeUpon entering the car park, the driver found a space, parked up at the disable bay displaying a Blue disability badge as the passenger held the disability blue badge and went. The sign showed maximum 3 hours free stay, The PCN I received states that the duration was 2 hours and 11 minutes which is within the allowed period. On 5th April 2024, I, the registered keeper, received a PCN through the post. I would like some help on this please.
