Dockside Road Car Park - No Permit/Payment
« on: »
The vehicle was parked in the Dockside Road Car Park on 23/01/2026. The vehicle registration number was entered into the PPM online dashboard associated with the NHS Trust that is permitted to park in this car park, but the NHS Trust doesn't have any way to check whether the registration number was put through correctly.

The driver has no knowledge of a PCN being affixed to the window of the vehicle on 23/01/2026.

This letter was received in the post today (10/03/2026). Are there any grounds for appeal?

Please also post the back of the notice. Can you also see on their portal whether they have pictures of the alleged event, one that may show the NTD stuck on the windshield?

I've edited the post to include the evidence. A notice was stuck to the windscreen in the photos, but it was not there when the driver returned.

Vague location & no period of parking on the postal PCN.

I can maybe guess where Dockside Road is, but I can’t be sure from anything posted so far. Unless I’m supposed to use the latitude and longitude on the pictures, I guess!

I've just received an email responding to the appeal I made on the grounds that the NtK was invalid due to the vague location of the car park. The appeal was made within the 28 days stipulated on the NtK; is their response not illegal?
