Debt recovery letter private PCN

I have received two private PCNs for which I have got debt recovery letters, I was not aware that it got to this stage as i was abroad and never saw the letters. Should I be concerned about these and what is the best next step? Any advice would be appreciate it, many thanks.

Please post the original PCNs.

Debt collectors can be ignored, but if not paid there will likely be a county court claim which needs to be defended.
