DCBL wakefield Wilko 2022 Notice of Debt Recovery Parking Fine

All help gratefully received in advance - thank you!

Just received a Notice of Debt Recovery relating to a parking fine dating back to 2022! It's now 2026, so 4 years ago. Paper Notice is below.

Any advice will be welcome.

I can tell you my logbook has always been up-to-date. This is the first letter I have received. I will be writing to Horizon Parking Limited to get better quality images, as the second one does NOT show the exit time clearly enough. I intend to send a Subject Access Request to Horizon.

That's the weird thing, there was never a PCN issued in the first place. Surely there should have been. Or is this just another fishing scam?

There will have been.
Send a Subject Access Request to Horizon Parking Limited (not DCBL) for all personal data they hold on you. It may be significant in the construction of a county court defence in due course. I note you said you already plan on doing this.
Was your car’s V5C correct at the time? Ah, sorry, you already said that it was.

Yeah, basically I've already made a Subject Access Request to Horizon Parking Limited, and email copied all parties in on the request. Everything will be done via email despite offers of phone convo, which I won't be making. Many thanks for your help.
