I have been sent a NTK Parking Charge letter for no parking payment. I was told to park there by Padel Parc and told I wouldn't be charged.
The management at Padel Parc Wigan are stating they have no way of cancelling the parking charge and they are not admitting fault that they're staff directed us to park there.
How do I proceed? Will I be persuaded for non payment?
