Hi,
Someone has been parked in my allocated bay for several months, so I parked in a space next to mine instead. That space is managed by the same company, and there is no signage indicating that the two areas operate under different names or rules( they are literally next to each other).
Despite this, I received a parking ticket. I don’t think it’s fair to be penalised when I had to park somewhere else when my own bay was occupied. I submitted an appeal, but it was rejected.
They are now advising me to escalate the appeal to the IAS. In your opinion, what are the chances of success if I proceed? Is it worth pursuing further?
