Was that a Notice to Driver attached to the car at the time?
If so, does it comply with
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4 paragraph 7, in particular
(2)The notice must—
(a)specify the vehicle, the relevant land on which it was parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;

If not, note this but do nothing until the registered keeper receives a Notice to Keeper and check its compliance with paragraph 8.

If this is a NtK, does it comply with paragraph 8 (following a NtD) or paragraph 9 (no NtD previously issued)?
