As the registered keeper. I have received a Parking Charge Notice dated 13/08/2026 at 03:59.

The charge is showing as £100 or reduced to £60 if paid in 14 days.

Was that a Notice to Driver attached to the car at the time?

If so, does it comply with https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4 paragraph 7, in particular
Quote
(2)The notice must—

(a)specify the vehicle, the relevant land on which it was parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;
?

If not, note this but do nothing until the registered keeper receives a Notice to Keeper and check its compliance with paragraph 8.

Do not identify the driver.

Is the car’s V5C correct?

If this is a NtK, does it comply with paragraph 8 (following a NtD) or paragraph 9 (no NtD previously issued)?

A small point also the £100 is not highlighted and in small print on the sign.

LP, pl repost the Notice to Driver so that everything can be seen.

I also suggest you amend your first post to something like 'It has been brought to my attention that on 13 Aug. this notice was placed on the/one of the car(s) of which I am the registered keeper'.
