hope someone can help me , I parked in a car park in December of last year to go do some Christmas shopping , the car park had 2 hours free parking ,
I returned after 45-60mins and the car park had become completely gridlocked , it then took me over the 2 hours to leave the car park because of the traffic ,
I've then received a ticket for staying over 2 hours which I appealed through Parkingeye , they declined my appeal , I then went through POPLA and somehow they also declined ,
I've tried calling Parkingeye but they have no contact number where you can speak to a human , all just bots to make payments,
Feels like I'm going crazy , am I in the wrong or is the company just being difficult and not listening to my appeal
