Have you received any prior correspondence about this matter at all, from them, ParkMaven or anyone else?
For the first correspondence received at all to be a removal notice is setting off some alarm bells in my head. We have seen similar things in the past that have turned out to be scams.
A wise first step might be to contact ParkMaven (the alleged creditor) and check the reference number with them.

It looks somewhat scammy.
The jumbled English of "we are now requires".
There is a law firm HCO Legal at the expected domain. They are not enforcement agents.
The different domain used by these is odd, also no postal address.
Hceagroup.legal was registered on 12/11/23.
Does the reg no correspond to a vehicle registered to you ? If so at what address.

Thanks - that's useful context Slapdash and does seem to support my fears!
OP, don't contact the 'company' on the letter, but I would contact ParkMaven to confirm it's not one of their charges. If it isn't, report this firm to Action Fraud.
