N279 from DCB
« on: »
Hello everyone, I’d appreciate some advice.

I received an email from DCBL on 30th March with N279 notice saying that they have discontinued my parking claim case from last year. I’m relieved that the case has been dropped, but I’m a bit concerned because I haven’t received any official confirmation from the court yet. My hearing was scheduled for 29th April, and the Money Claim website still shows that the case was transferred to the court in August 2025.

I’m unsure whether I still need to attend the court hearing or if I should contact the court directly for an update. I would be very grateful for any advice.

Thank you.

Is this related to one of your existing threads, in which case can you ask a moderator to merge them?

It can do no harm to call the court to be sure, but it’s likely  that this case is now closed.

I have received a mod report to ask for this to be merged, but you haven't said which of your 2 other private parking threads it should be merged with...
