hi,

I need your advice and help regarding this penalty charge notice please.

I recieved a parking fine at wood grange road E7 London, which is private land. they have images of me leaving and entering the vehicle duration of 3 minutes. there are signs posted on this land which I only saw (visited site) once the penalty was issued. I refused to pay and did challenge them but they rejected it.

I have received a letter from the HM Courts & Tribunals Service saying a claim has been made against me, and if I don't respond to the claim, the claimant could request a CCJ. I'm looking for advice on this, and what is my best course of action here. The debt has now also increased to £263.09, which I simply cannot afford to pay. I don't feel like I should pay it out of principal either. But at the same time I definitely do not want a CCJ to be issued against me. I have attached pictures of the letter received, but haven't included the response pack as I believe this to be standardised.

Please obscure the claim number/password.
Can you post the PCN?
It’s definitely not a “fine”.

I'm in the same position I was there less than 3 minutes and they've given me £100 fine.
