Hi all, I finally received the NtO for this pcn. I wondered how to best my chances of winning the appeal, what to do and what not to do. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it!

It works - date of NtO is 7th May.

Does that mean I have 28 days from the 7th? And what is the best way to go about the next steps?

If you read the NtO, you'll see that it is 28 days from date of service, which adds 2 days to the 28 days calculated from notice date. Best not to take it to the wire, though.

Ah okay that makes sense. Thank you very much. Would my issue be classed as procedural impropriety. I don't want to fall at the first hurdle haha.
