I left my car parked here and usually there are no parking restrictions. However a very small bit of the back of the car was sticking out onto a doorway but there was still plenty of space to pass through and i got a ticket for this. Any way i can appeal?

Don’t have the back of the pcn but there are some pictures I took on the day as well as the GSV. The GSV is:

The CEO has taken lots of pics of the car and this small dropped kerb but none of the context, which is by a small gate that looks like it has been used for rubbish bins.

The regulation of dropped footways is for vehicular or cycle path access, or a pedestrian crossing, and it is clearly not for these but we haven't always won such cases.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

So what do you think i should say for my representation

This PCN is now closed. Thank you.
