PNC Tower Hamlets, Stepney Way E1 2AE
« on: June 27, 2023, 10:19:54 pm »
Blessing to you all :)

Please could you help me with this situation  :)

Please find information below

Council Name: Tower Hamlets

Local Authority: London Borough of Tower Hamlets
PNC No:TT55391654
VRM: EK23UAD
Street: Stepney Way E1  2AE (New to Sidney)

I received a PNC from Tower Hamlets on 15.04.2023 for being parked in a Personalised Disabled Bay without a valid virtual permit or clearly displaying a valid physical permit (Contravention Code 165). On the day, I was parked with my blue badge on display. The parking bay only said Disabled bay 01. Anyway I appealed the case on the 10th May 2023 & lost my appeal which was emailed to me on the 14th May 2023.  The PNC was then reduced down to £65 if paid within 14 days. I contacted Tower Hamlets Parking Team through there website on 15th May 2023  & asked if I could set up a payment plan to pay off the £65, I got an automated reply stating that I would be contacted within the next 3 days. By the 3rd June 2023 I still hadn't had a reply from Tower Hamlets, so I contacted them again on the 3rd June asking again about setting up a payment plan, by this time the PNC had gone up to £130. In my Email on the 3rd June I highlighted that this was the second email I've sent to them & that the PNC has gone up. By the 19th June 2023 I still hadn't had a reply so this time I made contact with Tower Hamlets through there own appeals process, stating the same conversation I've put in my previous emails to them. By the 27th June 2023 once again still no reply, so I sent another email, through there appeal process. I'm awaiting there reply

I've tried on so many occasion to make contact with them, with know success & I don't want the bailiffs coming to my house

WHAT DO I DO???

I do have all the proof of all my correspondence to Tower Hamlets Parking Team

Iv tried to attach ticket, but keeps telling its to large

Thanks in advance for your help

You need to post up the actual PCN, and please stop contacting the council. It can easily take 3 to 6 weeks to get a response, the more messages you send them the longer it will take.

Please see the guidance here on how to share images: https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor nor a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193.
