I parked the car to drop the kids in the park for their sports session and found the PCN was on my car
there were many car parked in such manner and it was sunday

on GSV show us exactly where you parked it appears that there is only a small area where footway parking is purportedly not allowed but i would venture the resolution that allows footway parking does not exclude that area

I have recieved a reply from redbridge and they have rejected the appeal stating that

'You have Parked on the wrong side of the arrow on the sign and therefore the PCN stands'

Just wait for the Notice to Owner and let us know when you get it. In the meantime please double check that the address on your V5C is up to date and 100% correct.
