Hi all.
I received today a PCN transgression code 48 from the local authority. They provided photos, a link to a video and posted by mail the PCN letter. The situation here is that I had stopped on the opposite side of the street on the school zig zag yellow lines. By the time the camera car was coming past I was waiting for other cars to move and to free the road. (Yes I know I am in the wrong as I had dropped my kid off, but since there was no parking then I stopped on the zig zag yellow lines to let them out) the video is 19 seconds long. And you can see my indicator in the video to leave. My wheel was slightly turned out.
The road is a narrow road and you cannot pass another car. You have to pull in to pass other cars.
One more cheaky thing. 15 seconds into the video the camera car stops on the zig zag yellow to let other cars past.
Is this worth fighting for?
