Author Topic: Good day! Tell me how to stop the fines and open a decision through the court?  (Read 49325 times)

Your continued ranting gets you and us nowhere.

Enceladus(of apparently infinite patience) set out the procedural anomalies with a series of questions which only you can answer. Your time would be better spent addressing these. We'll get to the end game eventually, but NOT if you keep ranting.

I'm waiting for a response from Enceladus ! but what didn't you like about the facts I published? do you think I'm lying?

Let's stay on the subject of how even unrelated (to parking) correspondence doesn't reach you, in this case a response to a standard SAR. There must be a simple explanation. In any event you must dispassionately follow up this apparent lapse.

Perhaps..

Sir,
Subject Access Request *****

On ** this was submitted to the council and an acknowledgement received on ***, see attached.

I must inform you that I have not received the council's substantive response nor any reason for its lateness. I should be grateful if you would look into this as a matter of priority. For the avoidance of doubt my postal address is ***** and my email contact is ******.

Yours faithfully,

I apologize, please explain what to write here

They're placeholders for bits you need to fill in, so it looks like this.
