I don't even remember this address, and even at gunpoint I would never remember it! Could you send me an official denial for each of the 5 fines and explain in detail the reasons for the denial? I haven't received a single response from you to all my appeals. Can you send me a history of all the appeals, where I will see who responded to me and when? And most importantly, to what address?
