Tribunal has ruled in the past that a 3 month delay is unreasonable. Bide your time and hope that 28th July comes with no response (It will - I’m still waiting for a CCTV PCN issued and appealed in Feb)

If you do get the notice of rejection. Come back here and people can assist with going to tribunal.

Hi Experts,

I have received the rejection letter for my representation, please find the letter attached below:

Thanks

Hello Experts,

Not sure if someone had a chance to look at the rejection. Please could you advise the next steps on this.

Many Thanks

As far as I can see, the main issue here is their delay in responding to your reps. It is about three months, which  the level at which London Tribunals have regarded as excessive, but this is not formalised in a Practice Direction, unfortunately. If it were, your case would be much stronger.

Hippo will hopefully have a look as they have ignored the wording etc.issue.

Our main admin, CP, could probably win this but will charge a fee.

Failure to consider for sure.
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Thank you all for your replies. Would someone be able to help me file this with  this tribunal please.
