HR02 Not parked correctly within the marking of a bay or space. on: March 12, 2026, 09:30:22 pm #1 Hi, I’m writing to explain the situation regarding the parking ticket. I had a hospital appointment for my baby and after arriving I spent around 30 minutes trying to find a parking space but none were available. My baby’s condition became urgent and required A&E care, so I had to park the car outside the bay in order to get my baby into the hospital quickly. It was not my intention to park incorrectly, but I had to prioritise my baby’s medical emergency at the time. I would appreciate it if someone could advise me how I might challenge or defend this ticket given the circumstances?
