For convenience:

Please also post the rest of the PCN and a GSV link to the location.

This is very last-minute.com !
Date of PCN Friday 8 August, date of service Mon or Tues 11/12 Aug (I can never remember whether Saturdays are disregarded) so 28 days expire today or tommorrow (an expert here will soon put me right - I am not one). You must get some sort of reps submitted by the deadline.

No, that's a link to a still view of a GSV.
I think I.ve found the right location - here?

Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps.

Escape meaning another turn that could've been taken

Yes, to avoid the restriction or turn round.

Advance signage meaning clearer signage?
No, a sign that warns you there is a traffic restriction ahead.

The video shows you driving past the signs with no hesitation whatsoever, as if they weren't there. Do you understand what these "FLying Motorbike" signs mean ?
