"We have considered the information you have provided and have decided to cancel the
penalty charge on this occasion."

Oddly, the response is rather plain without my full address as entered on the website or using 'LBI' green template.
Perhaps their system isn't working.

That's good. Bear in mind Islington has an army of CEOs and you should be careful such as parking somewhere near and only bringing the car to load when bags are ready.
