There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Dear Havering

The alleged contravention did not occur as no upright signage allegedly passed is present in the video.  Please cancel the PCN.

Alternatively, payment of the Penalty Charge should now be made. The current amount now due is
£160.00.

Details of How to Pay

By making an informal challenge you have waived your right to pay the discounted charge. The discounted charge of the Penalty only applies if paid within 14 days of the date the Penalty Charge Notice was served and full liability has been accepted.

regret that i am unable to enter into any further correspondence on this matter prior to such an appeal.

Yours sincerely
