@mairajbhaii please see the June 2025 update at the bottom of the page here and here.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

In cases involving council YBJs, it is essential we see the video, because only the video can show whether a contravention has occurred or not.
The contravention is one of entering the box and then having to stop within it due to the presence of stationary vehicles. Lots of councils get this wrong, there is a classic case of this on this forum running at the moment. Other thing is that only part of the vehicle needs to be in the box for a contravention.

Please also post the PCN.

I tried to look at the video for the alleged contravention of 3rd Oct, today is now the 14th, (yes, I work <for free>  late !), but Ealing say it is still being prepared for viewing, and say this takes 24 hours, presumably from the PCN date, so what is the date of the PCN ? (Best if you just post it !)
