Surely that decision is yours alone, assuming it belongs to you?
Or are you asking if it was ours, would we scrap it rather than keep it?
As someone who has a long term affiliation with Saabs, I've rebuilt more than one with more faults than that on it.
1. Oxidized paint on bonnet & roof - Cosmetic
2. Speedo meter displays 4-5 miles inaccurately - At what speed? Mine at 77 displays 81-82mph
3. Left mirror has been replaced with glued one but it's working & serving. - My right mirror 'glass' is a halford's stick on
4. Water reservoir sometimes goes off. - Radweld fixed my leak
5. In hot summer acceleration slows down. - Could be a variety of things mechanical, fuel delivery related or Air intake related. Check for cracks on your intake hose. I once had a Mazda 3 sport routinely run like this and it had a split in the elbow of the air intake manifold pipe. A bit of gaffer and aluminium tape worked as a temp fix.
Do you want to keep it?
