Right down to business, yesterday 11/08/23 I made a FOI request to a certain large police force that has a well earned reputation for totally ignoring any legal time limits for FOI/SAR and also any inhouse policies on reply times etc. I have my own personal experiences to back up that infamous claim to fame. I will be keeping you updated regarding the 20 working days limit, as far as I'm concerned the clock starts on 14/8/23 and should end on 11/09/23, if any mods/admins would like a copy of said FOI request I'm more than happy to provide as proof of requesting (obviously with personal info redacted), let the fun begin.
