My friend has claimed on his insurance but the 3rd party did not report the accident to insurance.
As my friend's car is on lease and the lease company refused to provide hire vehicle as they are awaiting for confirmation from the 3rd party.
He is now without any car as the car is taken away for repairs.
Is there anything he can do, we are surprised the 3rd party has not been stopped by Police for no MoT yet.
