Motorbike no speed on photo

Hello all,
I was caught traveling at 85 in a 70 (Dual carriageway). The front photo shows my bike ridden by me doing 85 with a car close behind me. As I drove under the bridge the camera was on top of, the operator has turned the camera around to get a picture of my numberplate. In this photo the speed shown is 0mph (9 seconds after the first photo). Can I appeal that the photo with the plate does not show speed, or am I bang to rights with the 2 photos painting a picture of me speeding?

All else being equal, bang to rights. The operator can and will give evidence of the registration of the bike caught speeding. The fact that the speed and registration aren’t recorded together is irrelevant.

Looks like the car will also have a letter on their doormat...

It's quite normal to swing around to catch the number plate of motorbikes (no front plate of course) - unless they somehow got the 'wrong bike' it's bang to rights as already noted.
