If you're going to argue the case about the layout of the car park and signage, you'll need as many photos as you can to demonstrate the point, potentially also showing the route the car took in and out of the car park to show how confusion arose.
From what you've shown us so far, it's not immediately clear how obvious the distinction between the two far parks is. We don't have any prior knowledge of the car park, neither will a judge, so you'd need evidence that essentially walks them through it.
