Urgent PCNs NPM

Hello Guys

First of all- Thank you for creating this platform. I am sure you all saving lives. I am new and posting something for the first time and would appreciate your support. Let me elucidate the agenda as following:

- I have got another one from National Parking Management (NPM) for not having e-permit. I have appealed as keeper only and although its rejected. My appeal was based upon having no clear sign or instructions for paying or obtaining that e-permit. Also- I parked there for a brief amount of time and never left the vehicle. Still they issued it. I also advised them not to share this PCN info with any Independent Agency or so. But they rejected and advised to go through tribunal. Please advise.

I have also following PCNs which I have posted on other sections:

1. PCN with Newham Council and rejected by Tribunals and the Contravention was- 52m (Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain type of vehicles (Motor) due to a medical emergency (mental health). Currently- I am liaising with council whether they would be open to a settlement but no joy yet and they appear to be reluctant.

2. PCN with Barking and Dagenham and the contravention was- 52J (Failing to comply with the restriction on vehicles entering and waiting in a pedestrian zone (CCTV Enforcement) due to same medical reason (mental health) as mentioned above. I have got an hearing on 8th of January. Could I obtain some advice or assistance on this?

3. PCN with Barking and Dagenham Council which was successfully accepted by county court in Statutory witness statement process and instructed the council to revoke debt letters/charge certificate or so. I have not received any letter since from the council. I have just emailed them today for further instructions. Please advise me on this.

Thank you for taking time reading this and let me know if you need any more info. I would look forward to hear from you.

Regards
Md

You've omitted the private parking ticket from your post.

Please post up the rejection notice from NPM and the original parking charge notice. Redact your name & address and the vehicle reg.

Below is from your post in the Council forum and is all we know about your case.

Welcome to FTLA.

I note you make reference to various penalty charge notices from councils - this post will focus solely on your private parking charge notice from NPM. Your other post(s) in the council forum are the place to talk about your council PCNs.

To help us provide the best advice, please read the following thread carefully and provide as much of the information it asks for as you are able to: READ THIS FIRST - Private Parking Charges Forum guide.

In addition to the information it asks for it would also be useful to see:
  • Your appeal (verbatim)
  • Their response

Please do not use Chat-GPT or suchlike to compose your posts for you.

You have told us next to nothing about the case, and for some inexplicable reason posted a similar amount of detail regarding other non PPC cases.

The bottom line is that *you* have a PCN. *We* don't have a PCN. We don't *need* any info. We don't *need* to resolve this. If *you* want help, give us the tools to do so.
I am responsible for the accuracy of the information I post, not your ability to comprehend it.
