UKPC Letter for parking in my space
« on: »
Hi All.
So I have a parking space outside my apartment. It’s part of my leasehold agreement for the property. Management company have used UKPC to start issuing tickets.
They’ve sent me a letter saying I haven’t displayed my permit whilst being parked in my own space.
Photos of the car have a lot of reflection in the windsceeen which make it difficult to see if there is an actual permit being displayed. No PCN left on the window as well. To top it all off, I was actually heading to the hospital as my sister was giving birth and had complications so someone rushed me over there. It’s causing me serious stress as these cowboys are relentless. They’ve given me 14 days from the date on their letter which didn’t arrive till the 2nd Nov. It’s dated 24/10/24. Please can someone help with an appeals process and some pointers? Thanks so much.

The lease will be important here as to what it says about your parking space and any conditions.
