Author Topic: UKPC - Failed to park within lines, heavily pregnant with children.  (Read 250 times)

My wife received the attached today from UKPC with reasoning ‘not parked correctly within the markings’. This seems very unfair considering this car park does not have any parent & child spaces, and the adjacent car is very far over (almost touching the boundary line) limiting access. This was the only space available and my heavily pregnant wife had to get a 2 year old out of that side, and a 3 year old out the other side.

What are my chances of a successful appeal, considering pregnancy is a protected trait?

TIA!
