We got these two tickets in the post.
The car was parked half on the pavement in line with the other cars and there are no signs or restrictions signs up on that side of the road. You can see from one of the pictures that on the side the car is parked it is boarded up as it will later be land used for building more apartments.
No ticket was put on the car on both occasions. I also received both letters on the same day - despite the dates being different.
I just want to know - should we appeal it or pay it? Do we have any grounds for appeal?
Any advice will be greatly received.
