Civil Enforcement PCN (For parking for 2 days on a Pub car park)
The driver came from opposite direction and went through the car park, through the entrance and right through the exit in a u-turn to park on the street facing the direction they came from, to wait to pick up a primary school child, 2 doors away from the pub.The whole u-turn would have taken less than a minute.
The PCN has two pictures of the car exiting on 4/09/2025 and 5/09/2025 claiming the car was parked on the car park for 2 days. The car car did not stop or parked at anytime on the car park, it could be for 10 seconds at the exit waiting for traffic flow to finish the u-turn unto the road in the opposite direction the driver came from.
