Thank you for the reply.

The date for submitting their documents is on the same date as payment of £27 is due. Payment due by 4pm and documents by 2pm.

Court date is exactly four weeks later

You’re making this painful for everyone by drip-feeding scant details.
The date that matters to you is when you have to submit your Witness Statement. It’s OK if it’s slightly late, so you can wait for their WS plus confirmation of payment on the date you know but we don’t, and if they don’t pay that’s the end of it, but if they do you will have to submit your WS in a hurry.

I'm sorry, Was not sure how much in the way of details you wanted me to give without making it obvious to them who I was.

The claimant needs to send me documents and pay the court fee by 17th september (Including a copy of the agreement giving authority to regulate parking on the land in question)

I need to sent my documents by 1st October.

The industry issues something like 40,000 PCNs every day, please get out of your mind the idea that they’re scanning this forum for your post to match to your PCN.

Many people either pay up or ignore, in the latter case a default judgment is made, in either case they get their money. They otherwise often give up for defended claims.

You need to do nothing, then, until 18 September, at which point if you haven’t already been notified you can call your local court and ask what the status is. If it’s been discontinued without telling you you have a complaint against UKPC.

You only need to think about your WS if they have paid by then.

As that order contains something about them requiring to show their landowner agreement, please show us the whole order. You only need to redact your personal details and the Claim number. Everything else should be seen

Even if your paranoia about someone skimming the interweb for any crumbs of information about your case were true, why do you imagine they could do about it or what advantage could they gain?

Good. The claimant must submit their 'bundle' by 17th September, which means you must be copied in. Your deadline is 1st October.

I will take bets at 10:1 odds that this will be discontinued before 17th September. Any takers?

Is getting to see a copy of the agreement significant and normal?

I'm willing to bet that they don't want us to see that

Yes, I think you’re right.

It makes it all the more likely they won’t pay the fee and the case will be discontinued.

I’m not taking the 10:1 odds, for sure.

Just the usual precursor to their discontinuation.  Continue to ignore all settlement offers.

Nothing appeared on the money claim site as yet to say it has been discontinued though

Looks like I only warranted an apprentice ...  :-\

Can you please post a copy of the N279 Notice of Discontinuance (NoD) you received.

You won't get any updates on the MCOL site once the claim has been transferred to your local county court. The N279 NoD is your assurance that it is all over.

Of course, I never had any doubt that this would be the outcome.

Struggling to figure out how to post the image I have. Both in Jpeg and PNG but does not seem to be as easy as before
